11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California, under its applicable rules. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
