Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Agoura Hills, California, packaged by hand and sent with tracking.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our studio.

2. Domestic United States Shipping

• Standard (3–5 business days): $25 — complimentary on orders over $250.
• Expedited (2 business days): $35.
• Overnight: $55 — orders placed before 12 PM PST.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries via DHL Express, typically arriving within 3–7 business days. Duties, taxes and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout where possible; otherwise they are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You may also retrieve tracking by contacting contact@melrosekitsapventures.com.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain fragrance products cannot be shipped by air to specific destinations due to courier regulations. We will notify you if your order is affected.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Please contact our Client Services team if your order has not arrived within the expected window. We work directly with our carriers to resolve any issues.
