Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward return process for orders shipped within the United States.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

2. Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Returns must be initiated via our Client Services team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Fragrance and personal care items once unsealed.
• Pierced jewelry (earrings) for hygiene reasons.
• Final sale items marked as such at checkout.
• Gift cards.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error.

5. Exchanges

We are pleased to exchange items for an alternate size or color subject to availability. Contact us to arrange.

6. International Returns

International orders are returnable within 30 days; return shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at contact@melrosekitsapventures.com and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
